Accountant & Administrative Assistant 50% -70% (m/f)

Besides general accounting work you will provide administrative and secretarial duties to the management and handle invoices, payments, reports, presentations, assist in ad hoc projects, correspond with contacts in the UK and the USA, coordinate and assist in the maintenance of the office equipment and supplies. On the basis of a commercial education, you have experience in the field of

Accounting, general assistance, secretarial work and office management

For this small, yet very international family office environment, you are fluent in business English and experienced in using MS Office and accounting software. We are looking for a motivated person who works carefully, efficiently and reliably. You have good administration and organisation skills and the flexibility to handle versatile tasks. Residence in Liechtenstein or Switzerland required, ideal age between 35-45 years.
