Your Impact

• Consulting clients on data management topics, evaluating the best use of data management solutions, and advising on the design and implementation of those (from strategy to execution).
• Advising on data solutions that pertain to data management/governance programs, including data migration, data cataloging, data quality, business glossary, data tools/software, metadata management, and master data management.
• Supporting clients in launching and/or transforming data management and governance programs and establishing data ownership across their businesses by building up data governance organizations.
• Defining clients' vision and data strategy, as well as identifying and shaping high-value data & analytics use cases.
• Designing target operating models to operationalize data capabilities and extract value from data at scale.
• Managing clients and PwC teams in challenging data transformation programs across industries in an environment driven by respect, strong team spirit, and fun.
• Co-developing a young, growing, and dynamic team through coaching, talent development, and recruitment, blending data and industry expertise.

Your Skill Set

• Holding a degree (bachelor/master), preferably in business, IT, engineering, or digital discipline, and possessing 3-7 years of work experience, preferably in consulting.
• Demonstrating a track record of managing teams and complex engagements, exhibiting excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and a drive for results.
• Having experience in and understanding of data management concepts and frameworks, including data governance, master data management, data policy, data models, and data quality, as well as data migration.
• Experience in data management applications/solutions includes (e.g.: Collibra, Talend, Informatica, Microsoft Azure, CluedIn, Tableau, Alteryx, and EBX).
• Offering innovative problem-solving skills, superior communication (verbal and written), with the ability to lead meetings, facilitate workshops with executives, effectively communicate complex ideas, and advocate solutions and results to technology and business audiences.
• Acquiring experience in project management and a profound understanding of related business processes, playing a leading role in a large transformation program, ideally combined with agile/SAFe experience.
• Fluent in English and preferably German, willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally internationally.
