Be part of the application management team and act as central point in the operating environment as an interface between our customers and the project organization. Furthermore, the following tasks belong to your daily work:
Monitoring and coordination of incoming fault messages
Create and coordinate in close collaboration with the project organization the deployment planning of our software engineers
You are responsible for the timely triggering and settlement of Maintenance contracts, Time & Material assignments and preparation of offers in the area of Maintenance concepts
You actively design and support the processes and the structure of ApplicationManagement in the Swiss-French part
You are in charge of the 2nd level support for a specific customer.
To fill this part you must be able to communicate in German and English, with a flexible attitude to work across business lines and provide support to the customers end users for Enterprise Content Management.

About your profile
Computer Science degree
Analytical and conceptual thinking
Customer-, process-oriented and technical knowledge
Independent and reliable work in a team
Certification in ITIL is a plus
Fluent in French and German
Good level of English
Knowledge in JAVA, Documentum and D2 basics and a real value add would be experience in Life science.
