Today, we have over 50 employees globally and we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to continue hiring the world's top engineers.
Technical Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening and shortinglist qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we continue to attract the best talent in the world.
Full-cycle recruiting (source, screen, qualify, offer, close) for technical roles and teams throughout our global organization
Write and post technical job descriptions
Develop innovative ways of reaching high quality tech talent globally
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, fit assessments and behavioral questions)
Coordinate with team leaders to forecast division goals and hiring needs
Work closely together with our world class engineering team to assess candidates technically and develop scalable and effective hiring approaches
Help us build a diverse and inclusive working environment by reaching candidates that are underrepresented in the typical tech pipelines
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Onboard new hires
2+ years of sourcing full-cycle recruiting experience with a minimum of 1 year of technical recruiting experience.
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, qualify and close candidates with a variety of experience and skills.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment and to manage competing demands.
Innovative, curious, empathetic and constantly looking for new ways to find top technical talent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of HR practices and labor legislations
