MAIN TASKS
The goal of this internship is to explore with and for the Geberit Corporate Controlling Team opportunities provided by modern technology like SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, RPA and MS Office 365. The main tasks will be:
Support the Corporate Controlling Project Team to identify and evaluate technology enabled process improvements
Strengthen the use of collaboration platforms like SharePoint and MS TEAMS to improve processes and help the decision-making process inside the controlling team
Work with Corporate and Local Controllers to design new reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights
Be involved in specific reporting projects / analyses in the wider Geberit Group
Be involved in various user trainings and preparation of training materials
Participate in, and assist with, the day-to-day operations of the group Controlling Team
Support the preparation of periodic reporting, financial statements and reports
PROFILE
You are finishing your university degree in Accounting, Controlling or Business Administration in the near future. In addition, the following points distinguish you:
First working experience in Controlling, Finance or IT
Practical experience to work in a project driven environment
Convincing and addressee-oriented communication style and ability to build good relationship with stakeholders
Team player with assertiveness and organizational skills
Very good German & English language skills, both written and spoken
Remuneration: Market-oriented salary for internships
Working hours: 40-hour working week with pro rata holiday, according to internship duration
