Your field of activity

• Support of operative project work and coordination of project activities between the departments, especially in the operative areas, mainly in the French part of Switzerland
• Independent management and execution of complex projects
• Documentation of project progress and management reports
• Active participation in the organizational development of the PMO department
• Completion of administrative tasks
• Standardization and optimization of processes
• Introduction, development and implementation of project management methods incl. coaching of project members
• Interface and communication management at national level
• Time, work and synergy management

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, health care or similar and/or equivalent professional experience
• Training and experience in project management (IPMA, PRINCE2, SCRUM, LEAN)
• Previous knowledge in project management, within a consulting area, 5 to 10 years
• Knowledge of the diagnostics and health industry as well as laboratory experience are advantageous
• Ability to collaborate and work in a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent mastery of the MS Office package
• Resilient, flexible, independent, structured, reliable, efficient and precise work processes
• Good communication and social skills in dealing with team leaders and employees
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland (mainly French-speaking Switzerland) approx. 20-60%
• Fluency in French, good communication skills in English or German Italian is a plus
