The Challenge

We are looking for a full-time employee as of immediate. This is a fixed-term contract for 6 months.

As Digital Marketing Specialist Personal Care & Aroma, you will be part of our Global Marketing Communications team. You will work closely with the GIS team, digital marketing agencies and regional marketeers to contribute to effective sales growth across digital touchpoints & support the business unit’s ambitions in marketing automation. Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on managing digital channel platforms, including website, email, SEO/SEM.

 

Responsibilities :

As Digital Marketing Specialist Personal Care & Aroma you will :

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising campaigns
  • Support development of new website functionalities
  • Responsible for selecting templates, components and modules, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata) to compose web pages based on brand guidelines and stakeholder input in AEM
  • Design and author front-end content for personal care websites and other media channels to enrich and nurture DSM’s relationship with our customers.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) with a link to project and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with regional teams to create regional landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

 

The Ideal candidate

  • +5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in authoring pages in a Content Management System (CMS), preferably AEM
  • Knowledge in marketing automation, experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, experience with A/B and multivariate experiments, preferable experience with Adobe Stack (AEM, Campaign/Marketo, Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Knowledge of CRM is preferred
  • Analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
