Job Objective
Supporting the employees of the Legal Department and coordinating organizational activities
Processing legal documents and matters and handling written correspondence with internal partners and third parties
Drafting legal clarifications on financial market law issues and considering the relevant legislation in each jurisdiction in which our business unit operates
Reviewing internal regulations/guidelines to ensure they are up to date and creating new ones where applicable
Periodically reviewing business relationship files
Analyzing the impact of the regulatory framework and legal requirements on financial service providers and developing solutions for implementation.
Qualification
A master's degree in law or a higher professional qualification (from a university or technical college) is required
Fluency in English and German; Any other languages would be advantageous
Relevant experience in the financial sector (legal, compliance) would be desirable
Good analytical skills: attention to detail and an understanding of the context of the tasks you are working on.
A cheerful, proactive and independent personality, enjoying working in an international team and remaining calm and organized even in hectic situations
Precise and well-organized working methods, and you are high reliability
Strong customer and team orientation, and a high level of commitment
