As part of a team, you will design & implement versatile customer projects in the web and enterprise environment that are tailored to customer needs using modern, agile project methods.
How you’ll make impact

Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business and translate requirements into high quality software.

Engage with developers on your team to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code leveraging methodologies such as pair- and mob-programming.

Coach & support team members to fully unlock their potential and grow as a team.

Support the entire software lifecycle with your Dev-Ops mentality from ideation to production.

Automate quality checks right from the start using techniques such as test-driven development and specification by example.

Continuously keep up to date with the latest technologies & trends and share your knowledge.
What’s important to us
-
You have a Bachelor’s degree (FH, Uni, ETH or similar) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

You have more than two years proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and best practices.

You put the customer first and support the project’s success as a Java Fullstack Engineer with the latest JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks such as Angular, React or similar frameworks in the frontend.

You bring expertise with many different technologies, such as Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, databases, RESTful APIs, messaging, container orchestration, microservices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)

You are experienced in agile methodologies and have worked within agile development teams

You are an excellent communicator, team player and problem solver and are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
