Experience:

11 year+ (atleast 5 years in Pharma industry)

Skill set: Eiza is looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in leading complex data migrations for ITSM toolsets specifically ServiceNow and Remedy On Demand

Proven experience in working on RFPs in the area of data migration and ITSM consulting
Proven knowledge of ITSM tools like Remedy On Demand (RoD) and ServiceNow especially the data organization around service modeling, CI classes, knowledge articles, etc.
Ability to manage diverse teams
Technical knowledge of tools : SQL management studio for data manipulation
Ability to analyze and handle large amounts of data and work under demanding timelines
Proven ability in problem solving, decision making, proactiveness and leadership
