Stellenbeschreibung

Wir suchen einen hochqualifizierten technischen Projektmanager mit Spezialisierung auf mechanische, elektrische und sanitäre Systeme (TGA) für unser Team in Zürich, Schweiz. In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Leitung und Überwachung komplexer TGA-Projekte und stellen deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung von der Planung bis zum Abschluss sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für alle Aspekte von TGA-Projekten, einschließlich Planung, Terminierung, Budgetierung und Ressourcenzuweisung
• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams wie Architekten, Ingenieuren und Bauunternehmen zur Erreichung der Projektziele
• Entwicklung und Pflege von Projektzeitplänen, Meilensteinen und Leistungskennzahlen
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Projektstatus-Meetings und Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern
• Identifikation und proaktive Risikominimierung während des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bauvorschriften, regulatorischen Anforderungen und Sicherheitsstandards
• Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätskontrollmaßnahmen für TGA-Systeme
• Koordination mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern für die Beschaffung von Ausrüstung und Materialien
• Analyse der Projektperformance und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
• Kontinuierliche Beobachtung von Branchentrends und innovativen TGA-Technologien

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder Bauingenieurwesen
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im TGA-Projektmanagement
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von TGA-Systemen, Bauvorschriften und -regelungen
• Beherrschung von AutoCAD oder ähnlicher CAD-Software
• Erfahrung mit Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagementfähigkeiten, einschließlich Planung, Terminplanung und Budgetierung
• Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der MS Office Suite, insbesondere von Excel und Project
• Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
• Analytische Denkweise mit ausgeprägter Liebe zum Detail
• Erfahrung in Bau- oder Ingenieurprojekten
• Kenntnisse über nachhaltige Entwurfspraktiken und Energieeffizienz in Gebäudesystemen
• Zertifizierung als Project Management Professional (PMP) bevorzugt
• Fähigkeit, bei Bedarf gelegentlich zu Projektstandorten zu reisen
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
