Chief Procurement Officer / Head of Supply Chain
The Position
- Develop and execute group procurement and supply chain strategy ensuring cost efficiency, risk diversification, and strategic supplier partnerships
- Drive digital transformation across procurement, logistics, and warehouse management to enhance transparency, agility, and data-driven decision-making
- Strengthen the group’s competitive advantage through sustainable sourcing, market intelligence, and close collaboration with sales and operations functions
Your Profile
- Proven international experience in B2B metal trading
- 5 years of executive management experience on C-level or as Division Head
- Profound experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Sales experience advantageous
- Knowledge of pipes, flanges and fittings market is an advantage
- Open-minded, loyal and winning personality with a high energy level
- Very good communication and negotiation skills in English, German is an advantage
- Flexible for frequent travelling
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in economics and/or engineering
