Instandhalter CNC (m/w/d) 80-100%

Das sind Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

• Selbständige Problemsuche und -behebung gemäss Service Request an CNC-Langdrehautomaten und 5-Achsen Bearbeitungszentren


• Planung und Koordinierung von externen Servicetechnikern


• Durchführung, Überwachung und Optimierung von präventiven Wartungen


• Genaues dokumentieren der ausgeführten Arbeiten und beurteilen der Qualitätsrelevanz anhand von Checklisten


• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Eliminierung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsrisiken im Fertigungsprozess


• Pflege der Stammdaten sowie Erstellung Aufträgen im eCMMS System

 

 

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie 4 - 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung


• Berufliche Weiterbildung zum Techniker HF von Vorteil


• Ausgeprägtes mechanisches Know-How und Verständnis


• Nachweisbare Erfahrung mit der Instandhaltung von CNC-Langdrehautomaten und/oder 5-Achsen Bearbeitungszentren


• Einschlägige Fähigkeit mehrere Aufträge oder Projekte mit fundierten Analyse-, Fehlerbehebungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten zu verwalten


• Kenntnisse im Zusammenhang mit Qualitätsmanagement und Validierungen


• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten


• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
