One of our clients, a international company leader in the service industry is looking for its new

The position is based in Geneva for the group headquarter.

Your main mission will be the following :
- Contribution to the definition of the HR strategy
- Recruitments
-     Internships and apprenticeship program
-     Onboarding plan
-     Engagement / Development plan
-     Benefits management
-     HR policies and procedures
-     Rewards and recognition programs
-     Health & safety plan, etc.
-     Build the Swiss HQ as per project definition and requirements
-     Diffuse and bring to life the company values/DNA
-     Participate in the relationship with various external HR providers (e.g. tax & legal consultants, payroll suppliers, benefits suppliers, etc.)
-     Manage employee and labor relations
-     Support HR activities for Group Functions (Marketing, Finance, HR, CEO Office, Legal, Expansion) and coordination with Innovation team
-     Contribute to Group HR initiatives and projects and implement them at the local level (e.g. HRIS, global job levelling, etc.)

The first 6 months priorities will be to:
-     Get familiar with the Company HR processes, systems, policies, organization
-     Run the ongoing HR operations of the Swiss office with guidance from the HR Director
-     Develop an efficient and engaging onboarding plan for new employees
-     Develop an effective internship and apprenticeship program with key local schools and universities
-     Develop an employee engagement strategy and plan for the Swiss office
-     Design efficient HR procedures for managing Company plans and benefits
-     Develop and implement new HR policies as needed

To be successful within this position you have:

- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
-  Swiss-specific HR knowledge (e.g. social security system, health insurance, etc.)
- 8 to 12 years' experience working as HR Manager/Business partner in a dynamic multicultural environment
- Fluent English and (ideally) French

- Experience in an international companies, ideally with a start-up-like environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrable experience of partnering with and managing the expectations of a variety of internal stakeholders.
-  Open minded, flexible and dynamic attitude towards work
- Ability to perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
- Strong at and willing to do both HR operational work and strategy, in an ambiguous context where processes do not exist yet and are being created while we run the operations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- High degree of confidentiality, diplomacy, trust, maturity
- Solid project management skills
