develop, analyze and test a wide range of biological and chemical substances and products.


Sales and promotion of services and projects of the Business Unit Analytics in a competitive business environment
Professional consulting and support of customers by
o Serving, cultivating and expanding current customer relationships
o Proactive market development and acquisition of new customers
o Monitor and facilitate adequate follow up of pending activities
Involvement in developing and implementation of sales strategies
Regularly monitoring markets, new trends and customer activities
Involvement in Business outlook (LBE) and risk assessment models
Align achievements and estimations with sales, margin and cash flow objectives
Participating in trade shows and conferences
Interact closely within the internal organization across the various disciplines/BUs
Delegate business support activities to the relevant departments (e.g. Customer Service)

We're looking for a dynamic personality as

Sales Manager Analytical Services


Higher scientific degree, preferably in chemistry
Having CRO, CMO or CDMO background; experience in the analytical field, in Drug development in a GMP-regulated
Comprehension of B-to-B business is required
An entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mindset are a plus
Have the ability and skills to negotiate and reach a win-win solution whereas marketing and pricing background are a
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate a high level of diplomacy to acquire, foster and manage long
term business relationships at different levels of a customers organization which is essential to obtain a total
customer orientation.
Willingness to travel between 30 to 50%
Excellent English skills (written and spoken), German a plus
