Training Manager (m/f)

This is what you can look forward to:

The Training Manager will be accountable for quality partnership agreements through training activities in line with business needs. Is responsible for Customer Facing Colleagues development process by proactively developing strategic training plans and managing CFCs curriculum to address business needs. To work with global, regional and local teams through a consultative partnering approach to deliver commercial training and development programmes in accordance with local training needs in line with Global and European strategy for all Business Units.

  • Work locally with Business Unit Leads, County Head and other senior clients as a business partner to gain a deep understanding of local business priorities and needs
  • Develop Learning & Development strategies and an annual training plan to support the business priorities and needs
  • Work with the Global Training Centre of Excellence and the Regional Team in Europe to ensure global and European offerings meets the complex local requirements
  • Manage the local approval process of EU approved materials in close collaboration with local medical and marketing teams
  • Leading the execution process of the training plan by managing brand and skills training courses utilizing skilled subject matter experts
  • Deliver and coordinate the logistics of Training Courses/Programs for Face to face (F2F) & Virtual Classroom Training (VCT)
  • Develop specific launch training plans by implementing both regional approaches and also local solutions
  • Contribute to the development of the training Operating Plan by defining key training issues and priorities in line with the business needs
  • Drive the change management of StratCO training tools and processes, execute implementation plans
  • Evaluate, analyze and advise the business on the impact of programmes delivered and agree sustainability plans

  • Recognized qualification or equivalent commercial training experience
  • Experience in driving change
  • Demonstrable experience in presentation & facilitation skills, training delivery- both 'face to face' and 'virtual'
  • Flexibility, team work and a collaborative mind set are essential
  • Change agile, Passion for innovation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills and negotiation skills
  • Excellent project management, planning & prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects within the same timeframe
  • Fluency in English, German and French Language is a must
  • Ability to travel is essential
