Job description

Your role consists in acting as a Brand Ambassador within our organisation and providing trainings to the Swatch store staff in Switzerland, with the ultimate objective to drive sales.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Implement the training program defined by Swatch HQ following internal training guidelines
  • Analyse sales data (KPI's) to define training needs with the Retail team
  • Define training needs and development plan of new employees
  • Analyse the sales results before and after the training and provide reports
  • Prepare a 3 months plan of training sessions according to the priorities
  • Present the new collections and sales arguments during the monthly Store Manager meeting
  • Supervise the implementation of the E-learning platform and support users

Trainings types include shopfloor training, shopfloor coaching, classroom training and train-the-trainer sessions. You are responsible for Training from A-Z, including planning, organisation, invitations, booking of meeting rooms, ordering training material as well as follow-up/reporting after the sessions. This job includes 50-60% time travelling on the field (Switzerland) and occasional support to other markets (e.g. Austria).


Thanks to your high proactivity and understanding of our business, you are able to clearly articulate action plans, meet objectives and deadlines, and are also responsible for monitoring results.

To be successful in this position you must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment. You have good PC literacy, especially with MS Office programs and the usual presentation tools as well as good analytical abilities. An understanding of Visual Merchandising topics would be an asset

Professional requirements

In addition to your Retail background and your creative personality, you possess several years' experience as a Trainer in a Retail environment, ideally in Switzerland. Customer oriented above all, you strive to meet and exceed your audience's expectations and are able to deliver dynamic and motivating training sessions and transmit our Brand DNA in a positive, inspiring way. Furthermore, you possess excellent organization skills and are able to prioritize and manage your time effectively.


Excellent oral and written communication skills are required in German, French & English. Italian would be a plus.
