What you can expect from us:
Conduct, participate and moderate workshops and interviews with business users
Document business requirements, use cases and processes for delivery teams.
Manage and own product backlog for requirements and scope management
Participate in Scrum planning meetings and standup calls with delivery teams
Conduct test case reviews
What we expect from you:
At least 10 years' experience in IT with skills in performing in a Business Analyst capacity and mapping business processes to Software requirements.
Strong knowledge on business analysis discipline and tools
Experience in client interactions, conducting user workshops
Experience working with offshore and distributed teams
Agile or Scrum development methodologies
Communication skills. Fluency in English and German
Lifescience domain experience
Knowledge of Testing methodologies and tracking tools such as Jira
Pega platform or any BPM technologies is a strong asset
