The Challenge

Then our part-time (80%) position as Administrative Assistant (f/m), which is on a 24 months temporary assignment, might be the right next step for you!

The Position

As Administrative Assistant (f/m) based in Kaiseraugst you will primary assist two managers, who are working on exciting project in all administrative and operational tasks. You will support and coordinate the workflow, maintain office systems to deal efficiently with information flow and communicate with different internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will assume the following tasks:

  • Organize and help to prepare meetings (i.e. distribute notes, finalize presentations, etc.)
  • Update and manage our SharePoint sites
  • Maintaining our electronic database and contract management
  • Handle correspondence, secure follow up and check deadlines with managers
  • Financial controlling on project level, take care of purchase orders and invoices in SRM and SAP
  • Arrange travel, organize catering and welcome visitors

The Ideal

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a multinational environment
  • Commercial educational background or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
  • Efficient, independent and pro-active working style
  • Very good skills in MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and knowledge of SAP and SRM system
  • Excellent English and German skills, written and verbal
