Medical Affairs Manager GCC and MEA - Geneva

We are seeking a Medical Affairs Manager who will be based at our site in Geneva. In this operational position you will implement the medical strategy in line with the brand strategy at the local level. Reporting directly to the Medical Lead OM Pharma, your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Ensure implementation of our products strategy at the regional level in a region-specific manner
  • Manage relationship with the Medical Directors of all our partners
  • Develop KOL network and advisory boards
  • Enhance relationships with our product advocates
  • Co-organise CME events together with our by partners (design of agenda, selection and briefing of speakers)
  • Review promotional materials
  • Expand the knowledge of our products throughout medical education and the presence in congresses
  • Support IIT's that could support our products strategy and help to better understand how best they can benefit the right patient populations
  • Provide medical orientation and transmit medical know-how of our products to our partners
  • Work together with our marketing team to ensure market leadership of our products in all the markets where we are present
  • Collaborate with pricing and reimbursement strategies
The ideal candidate is bringing a degree in Science (Ph.D., Pharm. D.) or Medicine (M.D.) , in addition to the following experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Medical Affairs, preferably internationally
  • Medical doctor or PhD with specialty studies in immunology, diabetes or angiology preferred
  • Training and experience in clinical studies
  • Training in Pharmacovigilance
  • English, French. Arabic would be an asset
  • Ability to travel, minimum 50%
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
