Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for you!

As part of our Talent Acquisition Team, you are responsible for the recruitment of new talents in our Swiss offices.

What you can expect from us

o In this diversified role, you are responsible for the recruitment of personnel on Graduate and Experienced level
o We offer a team structure in which you can grow personally and professionally
o You work hand-in-hand with your peers to define the search criteria as well as the sourcing strategy and remain a trusted advisor along the recruitment process
o You provide a positive experience from the application of a candidate till his/her on boarding
o You are responsible for your candidate pipeline, direct sourcing approached and you participate in interviews (in German and English - mandatory)
o As part of the Human Resource department, you are active in cross-functional teamwork

Your qualifications

o You have a Bachelor degree or any HR related diploma (HR Assistant certificate, HR Fachfrau/mann,...)
o You have max 2 years' experience within a Recruitment team, In-house-Recruiting is a plus
o You can conduct interviews and attend Career Fairs autonomously
o Good understanding of MS-Office and relevant social media (Linkedin, Xing...)
o You are a strong team player
o Customer Service attitude and strong organization skills
o English and German fluent is a must
