You are part of PwC Switzerland's technology Collaboration and Identity Services team. Together with the team, we define the processes and provide the services and tools required to operate Identities, Messaging and Collaboration services within PwC Switzerland.
As part of a diverse and cross-functional team, you bring high quality operation and support expertise to the IT organization and to our internal customers.


Your Impact

  • Operate, monitor, and supervise Identity related services.
  • Localize, isolate, and fix malfunctions, in addition you give impulses for technical avoidance and/or escalation procedures.
  • Help with conception, design and architecture, project realization, implementation and operation of innovative business solutions using state-of-the-art technologies.
  • Work together with a team of experts in an open and caring environment where we value feedback culture.
  • Work on multiple tasks and have the possibility to take on responsibility from day one.

Your Skill Set

  • Higher education degree in computer science (University, HES/ETS) or comparable practical experience.
  • Profound knowledge and multiple years of experience as Identity administrator in complex enterprise environments.
  • Good expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
  • Committed, independent, reliable, and solution-oriented team player, with a "can do" attitude, welcoming new challenges, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency (written and spoken) in English. French and German are a plus.
