The one thing they all have in common is that they seek to challenge the status quo, are imaginative and have the ability to offer a fresh perspective.MissionSupport the Head of Compensation & Benefits with reporting on the Group's compensation matters including but not limited to the annual pay reviewSupport on all group reporting matters, from the preparation of pools to the production of various bonus spend reportsReconciliation of data in order to align with the Finance and AccountingProduction and further development of key reports supporting the annual pay reviewData and reporting alignment between our core business units and the Group reportingQuarterly accruals and data validation exerciseParticipate in the compensation surveys as part of the annual external benchmarking for allocated business units;Responsible for the updating and maintenance of compensation related data for allocated business units;Effectively partner with HR and Business clients to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues;Provide support on the Group's Long Term Incentive plans, and on its compensation policies, processes, and guidelines;Provide first-level compensation support to HR Business Partners and line managers by explaining core compensation concepts and applying them on incoming queries;Search for improvements in data flows, automation of current processes;Maintain the Group's current job architecture framework for allocated units and content and ensure adequacy with our systems;Participate in the development and implementation of global and local incentive philosophy and the resulting compensation programs.Required ProfileBachelor's degree, preferred area of study: Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering;3-5 years relevant working experience, in the Financial services industry or Big Four;Keen interest in data analysis;Excellent MS Office, in particular Excel (VBA), expert in data and spreadsheets;Highly detail oriented while capable to view processes end-to-end and identify improvement opportunities;Experience of using Workday and SAP an advantage but not essential;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret and apply market data and trends;Ability and willingness to contribute to the broader team and work as an effective team member;Demonstrates clear and sound judgment on transformation of data and absolute discretion working with sensitive data;Excellent problem solving skills in constructive/realizable solutions;Languages: French and English (both written and spoken);Swiss domicile.If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
