Your tasks:

The Institute of Interactive Technologies (IIT) offers you a creative, interdisciplinary, and international environment. Your tasks:

  • We enable you to establish the field of spatial computing and 3D technologies as a field of excellence and to set up your own research group

  • In teaching, you pass on your knowledge and experience to students and support them in project work

  • You transfer the latest scientific and technological findings into application-oriented research projects in cooperation with business partners


Your profile:


  • We are looking for a compelling individual with an outstanding track record and several years of professional experience in spatial computing and 3D technologies, machine learning for advanced human-computer interaction (e.g. speech, gaze)

  • You have an advanced university degree, preferably in computer science or in a closely related field, as well as strong technical skills in computer graphics/vision and related areas at the interface between hardware and software

  • In addition to your enthusiasm for teaching, you enjoy close project collaboration in application-oriented research and development and have a good network with selected sectors of the economy

  • Professional/advanced English and willingness to learn German are required
