Ärztekasse Genossenschaft provides business process outsourcing and eHealth solutions to health professionals so they get relief from administration and can focus on medical work. In the context of an innovation initiative, Ärztekasse is renewing and extending their prod-ucts. To support this digitalization step, we are looking for smart and experienced engineers to contribute and shape clever and creative solutions for a meaningful industry.
Main Tasks
Implementation and maintenance of legacy applications
Collaboration with requirements engineers and business analysts to detail and clarify un-derstanding and requirements
Optimize the global stability and performance of the system
Support of testing team in regards of functional and non-functional tests of the imple-mented applications
Documentation of code and design
Requirements
Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or the equivalent in experience
Proficiency in application development and maintenance with database centric VB.net applications
Very comfortable with SQL language and data manipulation (Sybase knowledge is a plus)
At least 5 years of experience in software development (VB.net/C#) and product maintenance
Experience with Git and Azure DevOps
Experience with reading, writing, and transforming XML data
Having some knowledge in SQR is a plus
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Collaborative with excellent communication skills
Self-driven and self-organized
French fluent is required
English (B2 or higher) is required
German is a plus
