• You will assume professional and personal responsibility for managing a team of 5 people in the production systems field
• You will manage production and assembly system projects. In this capacity, you will act as the main interlocutor for other departments (technical office, central methods, etc.), manage cross-functional project teams and ensure the financial follow-up of projects
• You support the improvement and modernization of production facilities 
• You develop tools and methods, as well as new production technologies
• You are in charge of coordinating production KPIs
• You report on activities and results
• You implement the validation, documentation and monitoring of projects, as required by current standards
   

• You have an engineering degree in IT production systems
• You have a first experience in direct or cross-functional team management
• You have solid experience in software implementation and IT production systems. Experience in project management is a considerable asset
• You have excellent knowledge (C1) of French and English. German is an additional asset
• You stand out for your optimistic and strategic mindset, your openness to change and your communication skills
• In this position, you demonstrate flexibility, agility and a strong sense of responsibility
