Aufgabe

Decathlon Switzerland achieved quick growth from the beginning of the project. So far we are profitable and achieved around 10% of market share. We are now at step 2” of the Decathlon Switzerland project and you will accompany the coming success in the Switzerland Finance Team.

OBJECTIVES FINANCE TEAM

Make Switzerland team access to the most relevant facts, data, training and resources to better serve customers

As Switzerland’s senior accountant, your main responsibilities will be as below:

● Support country accounting/ tax leader to oversee the accounting/ tax domain and manage the annual audit, internal audit and tax control subjects

● Functional manage the Center of Excellence in Lille for all the accounting processes of the country with accounting leader

● Manage the local accounting/ tax flow

● Work with Country Operational Team to ensure a sound Internal control process

● Keep reengineering the accounting process to reach better accuracy and efficiency

● Accompany the Retailing team and FP&A team for the closing processes

● Design the new accounting flow for new business such as circular economy

● Design and Deliver accounting/ tax training to the team if it add value to the business

● Manage a local outsource activities if it applies

Profil

Very Sportive

● Active and positive communicator, problem solving skill and attention to details

● Acquired Switzerland accounting/ tax knowledge, at least 5 years working experience in accounting domain

● Quick learner and you learn/ upskill continuously

● Data capacity such as VBA/SQL/ Python will be a plus

● Switzerland Resident

● Speak fluently at least one of French or German, speak both will be a plus
