What you will do:

• Motivate, develop and lead leaders of IT professionals to effectively deliver value via smart business applications to deliver global business objectives
• Partner with the organizational stakeholders to align and prioritize current and future IT initiatives/requirements, creating a forward organizational strategy, roadmap and the future oriented landscape of business applications
• Manage the budgets for the business applications teams, including forecasting and identifying cost-performance improvements
• Ensure the availability, reliability and security of business applications solutions
• Evaluate installed software solutions and identify areas to improve standards, enhance functionality and/or transition to improve supportability
• Build and maintain a strong network with industry peers and establish working relationships with universities

What you bring:

• 10+ years leadership experience in IT, including global environment and high-tech production industry exposure
• In-depth knowledge of a broad range of business applications, including strong understanding of User Experience discipline and User Interface development
• Experience to develop, maintain and optimize the cloud and hybrid architecture of all business applications, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
• In-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle; especially of current and emerging application development tools/platforms and application program development alternatives
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, launch and deliver multiple IT Projects on time in a broad range of business problems and their various system solutions
• Strong critical thinking and managerial skills, including management of remote staff
