Position Summary

As Consumer & Marketplace Insight Lead, you will drive Consumer Understanding & Insights leveraging Digital.

A day in the life of a Consumer & Marketplace Insight Lead

  • Drive Know your consumer Deeply 'Winning actions' holistically in coordination with brands builders.
  • Manage Global projects (brand equity, Corporate Equity Monitoring"¦).
  • Develop guidelines, toolkits, process flows, learning decks on identified subjects and disseminating to markets and businesses.
  • Continuously build Consumer Knowledge and synthesize consumer understanding by delivering high-impact insight-based inputs and recommendations that drive brand/business strategies to win in the marketplace.
  • Explore and provide guidance to the markets / businesses to harness digital insights, big data and new research techniques to generate insights.

What will make you successful

  • At least 5 years' experience in Market Research at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
  • Wide experience in CMI and experience of working in cross functional teams.
  • Previous experience in Digital while for Consumer Insights.
  • Experience in supporting larget / complex brand, cross brand experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
