Global Marketing Activation Manager in Health and Medical (60-100%)

Would you like to be part of an international team? 

Your responsibilities working 60-80%

  • Act as interface between stakeholders from Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, and Medical Affairs to implement marketing activities, including congresses and marketing communication campaigns.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Medical Online Hub - MOH by SIGVARIS GROUP audience and brand awareness by developing and communicating MOH content across various channels.
  • Globally lead the implementation of our congress runbook, ensuring alignment with guidelines, target audience, and objectives.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, completion, and follow-up of internal or external events, including on-site Key Opinion Leader (KOL) activities.
  • Analyze the success of events and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and implement a concept for education and training that is coordinated and aligned with various departments. Onboard new team members and boost overall organizational effectiveness.

Your additional responsibilities working up to 100%

  • As the primary point of contact for our Business Excellence team, you are responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Play a vital role in fostering communication between our Head of Business Excellence and other departments and stakeholders.
  • Conduct research, analyze and present on various topics relevant to our business excellence initiatives, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Create and manage documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they are accurate, professional, and aligned with organizational standards.

What you bring with you

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing or sales in the health care industry is mandatory.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Fluent in oral and written English. German and French are an advantage.
  • Experience in CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
