This works well in the company
Not many things mentionable. But with the right measurements like teambuilding workshops and maybe modern day feedback conversations. The personnel is the backbone of the company!
This could be improved
Pretty much everywhere. The firm cultur is way outdated. No open communication despite the few people working there. The atmosphere is so rival that sometimes you have the feeling you need to withhold some personal information in order to protect yourself from manipulation. Definetly not suggested...
