Great work colleagues, but underpaid
This works well in the company
- Great colleagues - Exciting client projects - Modern offices. - Flexible employer. - (Voiceless..) Participation in the employer - Technically very well established, however certain projects have become a bit large and cumbersome (maintenance, upgrades etc).
This could be improved
- Current organization no longer optimal for BSI.
