This works well in the company
The only thing I find good is that you have the afternoon off. But after all, you also have to start 1-2 o'clock in the morning and finish around 12:00.
This could be improved
With 10, 11 hours working time, only 10 minutes break is taken, sometimes none at all. The tone is below the belt. There is extreme pressure. Minimum wage is paid. No time is taken to train you properly on a machine that could easily cut your fingers off, for example. Dangers were never pointed out....
