This works well in the company
The working atmosphere is great. Team spirit is the best thing about this job. But the job (in project management) is super hard. It's sales. Even as a super ambitious person, you reach your limits here. In the long run you learn a lot, but mentally it costs a lot... Not for people who like to stay...
