A great employer with a great working atmosphere
This works well in the company
The working atmosphere at Online Consulting is great. Lots of funny people and often something is done together. You always find help with questions and there are many open discussions, no matter where you are in the hierarchy.
This could be improved
There are often discussions about what you could do better, what you could change, but until something happens it always takes a long time, but I think that's normal.
