MA cohesion. To act quite freely as the AG, as stated above, has no real interest in the performance/development of the MA. Until, for whatever reason, numerically what does not fit him. This could be improved
AG acts very childish and has zero interest in the MA, so he hires "friends" as spies who take away any motivation from the MA by harassment etc. So to speak as a contact person between MA and AG, which is why you run into a THICK wall.
