This works well in the company
There is good contact across departments, whether over lunch or during business overlaps. We are regularly informed by the management about further steps, orders, figures or personnel matters. Despite what feels like almost 100 employees in Kaiseraugst, there is a family atmosphere.
This could be improved
There is not really much room for improvement. The only thing would be the remote work. 1-2 flexible home office days a week would give more time to work on daily tasks in peace.
