Lots of orders, but boring, monotonous work. More or less flexible working hours, more for some, less for others.

This could be improved

Lots of promises and nothing is kept, only demands are made and put off. No team spirit, poor pay and a bad atmosphere. A few people have created special positions for themselves and are hardly ever present, everyone else has to work at the bottom and suffers from bad moods. Very high fluctuation.
