a very speacial palce - one of a kind
Mid size company highly specialized in its field. Agree, to work there you must be a visionary and team player. If one does nto have endurance and can concentrate then must better work for a larger organization and one of many. I moved on because of time there but miss the environment and class.

Hard place to work
This works well in the company
Office is quite nice. There is free tea/coffee and sometimes fruit.
This could be improved
Micro management. Processes/workflows are needlessly cumbersome. Time autonomy and home office is normal in Switzerland. This company has mandatory, fingerprint time badging. It sometimes feels that there are too many managers who influence the same topic but in different directions.
