Unfortunately, the agency does not seem to address the the needs of its employees. The working conditions and the atmosphere should be seriously addressed.

I used to work in the exact advertised position. The working atmosphere is far from ideal. The team leader is controlling and micromanaging, with very little to no support to the rest of the team.
