This works well in the company
We are a very well functioning self-organized team with 12 team members. Everyone participates in the team tasks, we plan and coordinate our everyday life for our customer area ourselves. Since I got to know and appreciate this form of work, I would never want to change to a classic hierarchical tea...
This could be improved
We have only been self-organized since 2018 and still have great potential. LIM method and consensus-oriented decisions, we must still more internalize. But we are well supported by our two coaches.
