The order situation is excellent and the team spirit is great. The workplace is very attractive, bright and spacious. Parking spaces are available. Easily accessible by public transport.
This could be improved
I see potential for improvement above all in the number of employees. At the moment it would be nice to have at least one additional site manager and / or engineer employed.
