This works well in the company
You can work absolutely independently and still have good support from the rest of the team. Basically a great job for those who like to drive a car and who can speak the language, because you work all over Switzerland.
This could be improved
Problems are not addressed directly by the management, neither with customers nor with their own staff. Line is very difficult or not accessible at all. First you wait to see if it'll come off on its own. Result: Unsatisfied customers and staff left alone. The guilt is always seen in others, but not...
