I applied for this job and promptly received a short reasoned and not meaningful rejection. It did not come across as appreciative. Thereupon I asked quite politely for improvement possibilities, how I can make it better with the next application and the answer was from the manager: Unfortunately, you can no longer correct this. Your job change is e.g.: a bit lively. I wanted to discuss this concern with the managing director by phone, but he was not interested. For me, this behavior is incompetent.
