This works well in the company
Writing from a few years of experience in the company: multicultural environment, contact with other countries, English as the main language, standard benefit package in PL; a chance to switch project/team internally, flexible working hours, my supporting team.

It is sometimes a very dynamic environment with a lot of tasks.

Luxoft allows us to change projects into more interesting and challenging ones. Unfortunately, company doesn't pay much.

Good company to work in. I've join the company back in 2016 and since then I change my position few time - both due to promotions as well as Internal Mobility program. I've learned a lot, I was supporting building company presence in new location as well I had a chance to build internal processes....

Some processes are developt slowly, what makes difficult to work for first months after establishing them
