Working atmosphere slightly above average.
This works well in the company
good contacts make a big difference in getting up the corporate ladder. no much room for hard work & dedication.
This could be improved
Management needs to work more on solving real problems & not only concentrate on ppt presentations. Works more in winning the faith of its own employees.
