This works well in the company
Since QUALICOAT's technical specifications are very specific and dynamic, the work here is challenging and certainly never boring. Although the team on site is small, it feels like working in a global company. The close cooperation with the many international partners is a pleasure.

We need improved project management. There are too many at once and priorities are not always clear.
