Good working atmosphere, flat hierarchy, flexible working hours
This works well in the company
The atmosphere in the team is very good. The hierarchy is very flat and own suggestions for improvement are reviewed and implemented.
This could be improved
There are "only" 4 weeks of vacation. However, you can compensate for flextime, so you still get enough vacation time. So I am very satisfied with that.
