This works well in the company
I found the working conditions to be very poor, the wages were rarely paid on time, sometimes not even in full. The working hours accounting regularly showed errors. The labour law and the Code of Obligations were not complied with.
This could be improved
The working atmosphere is very bad, work is required which does not fit the job description. The communication in the shop as well as the planning is non-existent.
