no differnce to anyone who is trying to earn some cash with recruitment... stop spaming applicant with unwanted emails...
This could be improved
to develop an app/program which can basically scan/read the CV?

The duty roster changes all the time and you are trained at one place and then you are not there for at least a week and have to be trained again.
